All gowns purchased through our website are shipped nationwide within South Africa, with delivery usually taking 3–5 business days once your order has been dispatched.

Yes! Since every bridal party is unique, all bridesmaid robes are custom-made. We offer bespoke designs for both brides and their bridal parties, tailored to your preferred colors, styles, and details. To allow ample time for designing and final touches, we require a minimum lead time of 3 months for custom orders.

We offer both ready-to-wear and custom-made options. Our signature styles are available for immediate purchase, but we also create bespoke designs tailored to your vision. For bridal parties, we can customize our existing styles in different colors (subject to availability), providing a more cost-effective alternative to fully custom designs.

Yes, embroidery is available upon request. However, we believe in keeping it subtle and elegant, placing it only on select styles and in unique locations—unlike traditional placements used by other brands. If you are wanting this please get hold of us before you place an order.

Most of if not all our gowns are mainly high-quality Moroccan satin, a luxurious fabric that requires gentle care to maintain its elegance and longevity. Follow these wash care instructions to keep your gown looking its best:

• Hand wash or gentle machine wash: Use cold water and a mild detergent. If using a machine, select the delicate cycle.
• Avoid harsh chemicals: Do not use bleach or strong detergents, as they can damage the fabric.
• Wash separately: To prevent color transfer, wash your gown separately from other garments.
• Do not wring or twist: Gently squeeze out excess water without wringing to avoid creases and damage.
• Air dry: Lay flat or hang to dry in a shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight, as it may cause fading.
• Steam or low-heat ironing: If needed, use a steamer or iron on the lowest heat setting to remove wrinkles. Always place a cloth between the iron and the fabric to protect it.
