AMARA BESPOKE Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with AMARA BESPOKE. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently, while keeping you informed every step of the way.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (South Africa):
    Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

3. Custom-Made, Pre-Order, or Out-of-Stock Items

Some items require additional time:

  • Custom-Made Items: May take 7–21 business days or longer to produce before shipping, depending on the complexity of the item. Estimated production times will be provided when the order has been confirmed. Please use our contact page for special requests. 

  • Pre-Order Items: Estimated delivery time will depend on order and complexity of item. Most likely 7-14 days. These items will ship once they become available. If your wedding is sooner than that please contact us ASAP so we can make a special request for you. 

  • Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you with an estimated restock and delivery time. You can choose to wait, swap, or receive a refund.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye on our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Delivery Issues

AMARA BESPOKE is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation
